We’re hiring an Import Export Coordinator for our Humble, TX client! We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Import Export Coordinator
Location: Humble, TX
Pay: $25
Hours: 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday 
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties:
Manage customer and supplier orders from initial entry through final delivery, including processing orders in SAP Business One. Track product availability, specifications, delivery schedules, supplier confirmations, and lead times to keep orders on schedule. Prepare and send customer order confirmations, invoices, and other required documentation.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in order management, logistics, procurement, international shipping, export operations, or a related field. Working knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms. Experience with SAP Business One is highly preferred. Spanish or Dutch is a plus.
