We’re hiring a Customer Care Rep for our Richmond, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Customer Care Rep
Location: Richmond, TX 77469
Pay: $17.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties:

Handle a large number of incoming customer calls

Identify and address customer needs to achieve satisfaction

Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and practices

Provide professional and helpful customer service over the phone
Requirements:

Customer service or call center experience

Strong phone handling and active listening skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Utility experience is a plus, but not required

Bilingual verbal and written communication skills are a plus
