DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Call Center Associate
- Location: Northwest Houston, TX
- Pay: $19
- Hours: Flexible Schedule – Nights & Weekends
- Duration: Temp to Hire
- Description of Duties: Assist customers with online equipment orders. Manage accounts, answer inbound calls, place orders via outbound calls, enter and review orders, and follow up with client requirements. Detail-oriented; excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, Type 40 WPM. Call center experience, healthcare or medical administrative office experience, and MS Office.
