We’re hiring a Pre-Analytic Associate for our Houston-area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Pre-Analytic Associate

• Location: Greater Houston Area (On-site) 77054

• Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour (DOE)

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

• Duration: Temp to Hire

• Description of Duties:

  • Receive, accession, log, and track incoming lab samples using the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

  • Prepare and stage materials (cassettes, slides, send-outs) for laboratory technicians.

  • Manage case workflows, document issues, and handle routine inquiries in the LIS.

  • Maintain and replenish inventory and supplies in accessioning and laboratory areas.

  • Support QA/QC protocols, continuous process improvements, and special lab projects.

• Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Proven data entry experience with high accuracy.

  • Proficiency in basic PC navigation and Microsoft Office.

  • Medical/lab background, familiarity with medical terminology, CMA certification, or an Associate degree in a health/science field preferred.
