We’re hiring a Project Controls Coordinator for our Pasadena, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Project Controls Coordinator

• Location: Pasadena, TX (On-site)

• Pay: $60,000 – $65,000/year (DOE)

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Duration: Temp to Hire

• Description of Duties:

  • Maintain critical project documentation, including contracts, POs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.

  • Oversee project setup, tracking, and reporting within the ERP system.

  • Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, job costing, and invoice reconciliation.

  • Track project schedules, deadlines, material procurement, and equipment/crew scheduling.

  • Facilitate clear communication and operational reporting across PMs, engineering, accounting, and field teams.

• Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project controls, coordination, or construction administration.

  • Background in construction, industrial, energy, or engineering preferred.

  • Strong MS Excel skills with solid understanding of project financials and invoicing.

  • Experience with project-based ERP systems (Acumatica is a plus).

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.

  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
