DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Production Assembly Associate
• Location: Stafford, TX
• Pay: Starting at $14.50/hr. and up (based on experience)
• Hours: Various shifts available
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire

• Description of Duties: Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and quality standards. Perform basic production and assembly tasks using hand tools and equipment. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, package completed items, and assist with material handling as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety procedures. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No experience required – training provided. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work in a team environment, and maintain attention to detail. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are essential. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.
