We’re hiring a CNC Mill Machinist for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: CNC Machinist
  • Location: Northwest Houston, TX 77092
  • Pay: $30-$35/hr
  • Hours: Mon – Fri 6am – 2:30pm
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
Description of Duties:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes or mills.
  • Produce precision parts for downhole tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Perform straight and taper threading.
  • Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts.
  • Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues.
  • Perform basic calculations and problem-solving as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience OR a 1-year college/technical school certificate.
  • Experience with G-codes.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Proficient with measuring tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Must provide own tools.
