Job Context
The Account Executive is responsible to nurture, retain and grow allocated accounts within the Americas region, in line
with zone targets set by the Managing Director – Americas. All growth efforts will be closely supported and guided by the
Customer Services Manager and the Managing Director – Americas, with the primary function of the Account Executive
role being that of retention of allocated accounts, to provide support to the Sales team’s BD efforts.
The Account Executive will be responsible for contractual management of their allocated accounts, including but not
limited to, the renewal of contracts and achievement of zone price increase targets, and where possible the up-sale of
additional services e.g. additional testing/supporting testing, in line with the client’s needs and those identified by the
American Accounts & Customer Services Manager and the Managing Director – Americas.

▪ Day to day management and growth of allocated
accounts including digital customer meetings where
requested or required
▪ Accurate and timely management of contractual
activities
▪ Achievement of pricing targets for allocated accounts
▪ Identification and execution of up sale/cross sale
opportunities within targeted accounts
▪ Ensuring allocated accounts are aware of VPS
success stories, marketing initiatives and service
improvements
▪ To provide support to the Customer Services

▪ Providing information/ sales plan/ reports for allocated
accounts to the Americas accounts & customer
services manager
▪ To be accessible to and speak to customers in case of
emergencies

Qualification Requirements, Knowledge and Experience
• Leading customer service skills
• Aptitude for account and contract management
• Deep understanding of VPS services and clients
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively assist our diverse client base.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 3 to 5 years in the respective functional domain
