Beth Hammond Managing Director
Beth started at Carlton Staffing in 2003, entering the staffing industry in 1998 as an entry-level recruiter with no prior experience. Through hard work and dedication, she’s risen to her current role as Managing Director. Beth has been privileged to serve on the Board of Directors for the Texas Search, Recruiting & Staffing Association, including as President, and currently serves as Treasurer. She’s a member of Carlton’s Million Dollar Club ($13 million) and received the The Heart of Carlton award in 2023.
