We’re hiring a Technical Support Admin for our Southeast Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, and hard-working employees who are ready to interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Technical Support

Location: Southeast Houston

Pay: $25/hour

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide consultative phone support to customers seeking product information, quotes, or technical assistance

Guide customers through pre-sale, order, and post-sale support needs

Advocate for customers when recurring issues require escalation or accommodation

Identify support trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements

Recommend training materials and onboarding improvements that strengthen the customer experience

Respond promptly to customer emails and accurately document activity in the CRM

Schedule service time with customers requiring field support

Maintain service quality, order accuracy, and efficient order processing

Qualifications:

3+ years of customer-service experience troubleshooting customer issues

3+ years of experience using a CRM or ticketing system such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or NetSuite

3+ years of experience multitasking between phone support, computer navigation, and multiple customer interactions
