We’re hiring Electronic Assemblers & Soldering Technicians for our Missouri City, TX area client! We are looking for detail-oriented manufacturing professionals with strong hands-on soldering and electronic assembly experience who are ready to interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Electronic Assembler & Soldering Technician
Location: Missouri City, TX 77489
Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Occasional overtime until approximately 3:30–4:00 PM and Saturdays may be required based on production needs.
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties: Perform detailed soldering and assembly of battery packs, cells, cables, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies in a production environment. Complete high-temperature, low-temperature, through-hole, and HMP soldering while following Class 1 or Class 2 soldering standards.

Read bills of material, travelers, drawings, assembly instructions, and work instructions to determine proper materials and assembly requirements. Perform detailed tasks including stripping and tinning wire, creating J-hooks, soldering components, applying heat shrink, potting, encapsulating, epoxy bonding, curing, labeling, and other electronic assembly processes.

Use hand and production tools including soldering irons, wire strippers, cutters, drivers, drills, heat guns, hot glue guns, and multimeters. Inspect completed products for defects and verify dimensions using gauges when required. Maintain accurate production records and follow established safety, 5S, assembly, and ISO quality procedures.

Employees will be cross-trained and rotated between different production stations based on production needs.

Requirements: Previous professional soldering experience is required. Candidates must have strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform detailed soldering and assembly work with small components for extended periods. Previous electronic, electrical, battery, or mechanical assembly experience is preferred.
