A growing company in the Northwest Houston area is currently hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team! This position will manage customer billing and payments, monitor receivables, assist with collections, and help maintain accurate account records and reporting.
Salary: $60,000–$65,000, including bonuses depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

The perfect Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client will have:

Experience handling invoicing, payment applications, account reconciliations, and AR aging.

Strong collections and customer account management skills.

Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or another accounting/ERP system preferred.

Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Accounting degree preferred; HR experience is a plus.
