Tommey Benavides Staffing Consultant
Tommey brings more than 25 years of recruiting experience to Carlton Staffing. He spent over 16 years recruiting across the Houston and Baytown area, where he managed large distribution center accounts with hundreds of associates on assignment at a time. More recently, he’s been hiring skilled craft workers for industrial plants throughout Texas and Louisiana, both onshore and offshore. Through all of it, his favorite part of the job hasn’t changed: helping people find good jobs.
Outside of work, Tommey volunteers at the Houston Food Bank and loves spending time with his family. That same care for his community shows up in how he works with every candidate and client.
