An established foundation installation company serving the Gulf Coast is currently hiring an experienced Field Installation Technician to join their team! This hands-on role involves operating heavy equipment, installing foundation systems, preparing and maintaining equipment, and supporting field crews on projects throughout the region and beyond. Extensive travel is required, with projects primarily in Louisiana and additional opportunities in Texas and other states.

Salary: $20–$25/hr. DOE, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates; paid overtime available.

Benefits: Company-paid hotel accommodations and flights, meal per diem, mileage reimbursement when applicable, and safety training. Higher per diem may be available when arranging your own lodging.

The perfect Field Installation Technician for our client will have:

• Experience operating an excavator, bulldozer, and skid steer loader. Experience with forklifts and man lifts is a plus.

• General mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to assist with equipment maintenance and foundation installations.

• A current driver’s license and a CDL or the ability to obtain one.

• Willingness to travel extensively, potentially spending 1–3 months away from home per project.

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, lift heavy materials, and work extended hours with overtime as needed.

• A strong commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and teamwork. Candidates must complete the company’s drug screening and background check process.
