We’re hiring a Machine Operator for our Northwest Houston, TX client! We are looking for mechanically inclined candidates with manual machine operation experience who are ready to interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Machine Operator – Roll Threading
Location: Northwest Houston, TX
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: Full-Time

Description of Duties:
Set up and operate manual thread rolling machines to produce quality fasteners and rods. Select proper tooling, perform die changes, and make tooling adjustments according to production instructions. Use precision measuring equipment to inspect parts and verify conformity to prints, drawings, and production travelers. Work with the supervisor and maintenance team to resolve machine, tooling, and setup issues. Complete production and inspection documentation while following applicable Quality System procedures and OSHA regulations.

Requirements:

• Mechanical background and experience operating manual machines required

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and units of measurement

• Ability to perform machine setup, die changes, and tooling adjustments

• Ability to use precision measuring tools and follow prints, drawings, and production instructions

• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills

• Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds; some duties may require lifting 60 pounds

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• One or more years of roll threading experience preferred but not required
