We’re hiring a Temporary HR Admin/Coordinator for our client! We are looking for organized, detail-oriented professionals with strong administrative and customer service skills who are ready to interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Temporary HR Admin/Coordinator
Location: To be confirmed
Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; potential flexibility based on experience
Duration: Temporary assignment, approximately 3–5 months

Description of Duties:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, including employee records, recruiting coordination, onboarding, and daily HR activities. Enter and maintain accurate HRIS data and process new hires, job requisitions, compensation changes, promotions, transfers, status changes, and terminations after verifying required approvals and documentation. Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews; maintain recruiting documentation; and assist with candidate communications and scheduling. Support background checks, new hire paperwork, orientation, and I-9 documentation. Maintain electronic personnel files, prepare HR correspondence and reports, assist with employment verifications and employee inquiries, and support HR projects, audits, training, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent education and experience may be considered
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, recruiting, or onboarding processes is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
• HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately
