We’re hiring an Electronic Assembler for our Southwest Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Electronic Assembler

• Location: Stafford, TX

• Pay: $18–$20/hour

• Hours: Monday–Friday

• Duration: Temp to Hire

• Description of Duties:

  • Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment

  • Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and assembly instructions

  • Perform soldering and rework on electronic components

  • Inspect completed assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards are met

  • Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field

  • Ability to read and understand schematics and assembly drawings

  • Experience with soldering and rework techniques

  • Familiarity with hand tools, crimping tools, and measurement equipment such as a multimeter

  • Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • IPC certification (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001) and SMT/rework experience are a plus
