We’re hiring a Screen Assembler for our Conroe, TX client! We are looking for an experienced, dependable professional who is ready to interview immediately for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Screen Assembler
Location: Conroe, TX 77303
Pay:$15-17/hour DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM + Overtime as needed
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties:
- Assemble screens according to specifications.
- Cut screen and steel to required sizes.
- Trim, mark, grind, and assemble parts.
- Pack and box finished products.
- Move and store materials and equipment.
- Inspect parts for correct size, quality, and quantity.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
- Report injuries or safety concerns.
- Cross-train in different areas as needed.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience is preferred and may affect starting pay.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Must be willing to learn and cross-train.
- Must be available for overtime and weekends.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned facility.
- Steel-toed boots required.
