We’re hiring a Bilingual Factory Mechanic Manager for our Pasadena, TX client! We are looking for an experienced, dependable professional who is ready to interview immediately for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Bilingual Factory Mechanic Manager
- Location: Pasadena, TX
- Pay: $65,000–$75,000/year DOE
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment issues and perform timely repairs. Repair and replace components including motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, valves, and related equipment. Perform equipment adjustments and calibrations using precision measuring tools. Assist with maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Partner with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve overall performance. Follow all company safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems. Ability to troubleshoot equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with electrical controls and basic PLC troubleshooting. Experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments. Military maintenance experience is highly preferred. Able to work in office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments with varying temperatures. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, bend, kneel, climb, and work overtime or weekends as business needs require.
