DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Order Entry Representative
- Location: Southeast Houston, TX 77017
- Pay: $21/hr.
- Hours: Full-time
- Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent
- Description of Duties:
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with order inquiries
- Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order processing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Requirements:
- 5–7 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
