We’re hiring an Order Entry Representative for our Southeast Houston (77017) client! We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Order Entry Representative
  • Location: Southeast Houston, TX 77017
  • Pay: $21/hr. 
  • Hours: Full-time 
  • Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent
  • Description of Duties:
    • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system
    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with order inquiries
    • Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
    • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order processing
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Requirements:
    • 5–7 years of high-volume data entry experience
    • Strong customer service background
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong computer and organizational skills
    • Professional communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
