We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Associate for our Southeast Houston area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Associate
• Location: Southeast Houston Area, TX
• Pay: $20.00/hour
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
• Description of Duties: Prepare and provide customer quotes based on pricing, lead times, and product specifications. Follow up on open opportunities and maintain communication with customers regarding orders and inquiries. Track sales activity and assist with reporting on quote and order status. Build positive customer relationships while resolving concerns and providing outstanding service. Support the sales team and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Requirements: Counter-Customer Service Experience, Strong industrial customer service background, High School Diploma required (No GED). Minimum 3 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to perform basic business math calculations accurately. Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is beneficial.
